Requirements: Buyers

When an Organisation/Department/Section is made a Buyer of a Requirement, the Requirement will appear in the list of Requirements immediately viewable to Contacts within the Buyer Organisation/Department/Section.


N.B. Buyers used to be referred to as Customers.


Only Client Organisations will be able to be picked by default, but you can tick to include Supplier Organisations too.


Buyer contacts will be able to open these Requirements and view details such as:

  • View details about the requirement such as
    • Contract Start and End Date
    • Value of the contract
    • Suitability for SMEs and VCSEs
    • Reference Prefix
    • Locations and regions of the contract
    • Named Procurement people
    • Named Stakeholders
    • Customer organisations/departments/sections
    • CPV Codes
    • Notice period
    • Extension Period
    • Extension date
  • Questionnaires under the Interact tab, where you can view relevant Documents and Participate 
  • An Audit tab showing the history of the Requirement 
  • Any Nudges they have sent or received, shown in the Nudges tab 
  • A Reminders tab, where Reminders can be created, viewed, and edited
