Comparative Scores Tender Report

The Comparative Scores Tender Report allows Key Users to compare all Suppliers scores that have been given. This can be useful to review before making a final decision/qualifying the supplier. It is also useful if a an overview of all suppliers scores is needed at a later date.

To access this report, head to the RFX tab of the relevant requirement and Tender Questionnaire. 

• A "Download Tender Report" button will appear next to the Questionnaire in the RFX tab.
• Click onto this to generate an excel spreadsheet to compare Provisional and Final scores across all evaluated Supplier responses. 
• These scores are shown by section and are the weighted scores, and can be used to compare Suppliers before making the final decision to Qualify.
