File (Document) templates allow the organisation to share supporting documents, user guides, templates and files with their users (clients and/or suppliers).
To view and download files
- Go to Templates > Files to be able to view and download the documents that have been made available to you.
N.B. Files/documents for specific RFX Questionnaires can be found attached to the relevant RFX.
- Clients placing orders can also view and download these files via
- Client Interface > Ordering > Document Template tab
