Make sure you have already submitted instructions to Panacea for your artwork template.

  • On the Catalogue screen, select Artwork Templates and your desired specifications.
  • Then provide a quantity and click the Calculate price button to view your quote for this work.
  • If you would like to amend the specifications and re-calculate your price, click Change.
  • If you are happy with the quote, complete the customisation form.

Depending on the type of template, you will have the options to:

  • Add headings
  • Select the size of the text
  • Select the colour of the text
  • Add paragraphs and bullet lists
  • Add a URL at the footer of your document
  • Add images

When uploading an image,

  • You will find the size of the image required under the upload button:     

       

 
  • Once uploaded you can resize it by using the slider above the image:


 

  • Move the box to select the area you wish to use.
  • When you are happy with the image, click Crop Image.
  • When you are ready, select Create Artwork.
  • You can view your document by clicking on the Preview link and amend it using the Change button.
  • If an image is too big or too small, you can adjust this using the Paint software on your machine.
  • This can be found by following: Start > All Programmes > Accessories > Paint.
  • From here you can use the corners of the paint document to make the file size for the image bigger or smaller.

When you are happy with the artwork, tick the box to confirm your approval and select a realistic delivery deadline.

Add a job title that will be relevant to you and to the job, and click the Order button.

There are then 2 options for your template:

  1. You can save the template to review, edit or re-order at a later date. Do this by clicking Save.

  2. You can order your template.

You will then be taken to the Check Out tab.
