Under ‘Performance’, to view any schedule reports click on the ‘Report’ button next to ‘Delivery’.
This will open up a report in a new tab, showing the percentage of the jobs completed on or before the estimated date, and all late schedule items in between the selected dates entered into the filter.
By clicking a job link you will be redirected to the job bag. You can track the reason for the late delivery under the ‘Notes’ tab in the job bag. Under the ‘Feedback’ tab you may be able to find further information on the late schedule item.
