Raise and Manage Tickets Raised

Due to recent changes with FreshDesk, if you need to view/manage any support tickets you have raised with us please follow the below steps

  • Login to FreshDesk by pressing Login
    • If you do not know your FreshDesk password please click Forgot your password? – a password reset email will then be sent to you.
  •  View your open or pending tickets by clicking either Tickets from the top menu or Check Ticket Status

You do not need to be logged into FreshDesk to raise a support ticket via the Widget, but you will need to login to view and manage your raised tickets.
