What does this Report do/show?
This report allows the tracking of downloading of assets from the asset library.
It includes the asset name, the user’s name/organisation/department/section, date of download, intended use (as stated by the user at time of download), file type and asset status.
Filters/Options:
You may filter by the following options for a more specific report.
- Filter by tags - choose to include all tags or any of a specified list or exclude any of a specified list.
- Downloaded by (user)
- Date range
