Streamline the asset management process to control, manage and form an effective asset library.

Search for specific assets:

  1. From the left hand menu options, click on Digital Assets > Manage Assets
  2. Search for specific assets using keyword searches, tags, boards or a selection of advanced filters.


Keyword search

Enter a keyword, where you see the magnifying glass icon. You can now click on the magnifying glass icon or hit enter.


Filter by tag

Click on the plus sign and select a category from the drop-down list. Use the tick boxes or a single radio button to select the required tags. If required, click the Create new Tag button to add a new tag to the category. Tick boxes indicate you can select multiple tags. Radio buttons require a single selection.

        

Filter by boards

Click on the plus sign next to My Boards. Use the tick boxes to select the required boards. 


Advanced filters 

Choose from two types of advanced filters. On the left, you can filter using custom date ranges. On the right, you can base your filter on access permissions. 


Name of Property/Model

Enter full or partial name to filter by model/person.

  

Asset status 

Select one of three radio buttons to view your results by status. Choose from: Live, Expired/ Not Available or Removed assets.


        3. The results from the searches and selections you make will be displayed further down the page in an easy-view tile format.  

        4. Use the drop-down list to set your preferred results per page. 


Select specific assets:

  1. Select the assets you wish to manage by clicking on the asset thumbnail. A tick in the box indicates you have selected the asset.
  2. To save time, use the Select links to select all your assets or to invert your selection.  
  3. Click on the Manage Selected Assets button on the right of the page. 


Manage specific assets:

  1. The Manage Assets pop-up modal will appear at the top of the page.
  2. A reminder of the number of selected assets will appear in brackets.
  3. You can manage your selected assets using three dedicated tabs.


Details tab   

Apply changes based on copyright permission and/ or key dates. 


Tags tab

Add and/or Remove tags. If required, click the Create new Tag button to add a new tag to the category.


Access Permissions tab

Grant and/or revoke access permissions based on an organisation, department and section.        

       4. Enter a note or reason for your edit.

       5. Click Apply changes button to save your changes.


Add copyright information:


Asset Managers are able to specify the copyright policy for assets by adding a message on Panacea. This is available on the Download Asset, Share Asset, Generate Public Asset Link and Share This Board screens in the Asset Library and Board Screens.
