As a Client Manager user, you are able to place orders on behalf of your team members, but more importantly you can process orders for your team’s selected requirements.


Ordering

  • Ordering can be found under 'Client Interface' on the left-hand menu. Here you can place an order using your own details, or place an order for someone on your team’s behalf using their details.
  • Use the drop-down menu to choose whose details you would like to use, or click Order With My Details to place an order under your own name.
  • Once you have selected whose details you are placing your order with the Catalogue will open, which shows which items you are able to order, divided into different categories and sections:

                    Booking Interpreting Appointments

The My Task section of your homepage

  • The lower part of your home page shows My Tasks, where you can see a list of tasks assigned to you for the jobs that are still open. 
  • Unless otherwise agreed with your organisation, the tasks that would normally be assigned to you would simply reflect the workflow described in this guide and would not need to be marked as completed on the system.
  • Please refer to this list to check or monitor your jobs, if you so wish. If you complete the jobs after confirming receipt of goods, following the workflow, your tasks will automatically be marked as completed and your list will always be up to date.
