Expenditure by Cost Type

Expenditure by Cost Type is a report that shows who has spent what on specific services and budget codes. 

• It can be found under 'Reports' in the left-hand drop-down menu.
• You can filter the report by client organisation, department, and section. You can also filter by services or types of work bought.
• You can also filter the report with jobs that have NO cost code.
  • This can be selected by choosing [none] in the Cost code filter.
• Click on Projected expenditure by cost type to open a spreadsheet and view all approved expenditure on live jobs, or click on Actual expenditure by cost type to view all approved expenditure on completed jobs.
