There are two types of stock reports – stock activity report and stock status report.
Stock Activity Report
What does this Report do/show?
This report shows all activity on selected stock items within a given date range.
It includes (for all stock in/out events) item name (from stock list), date of activity, quantity, value, job title as well as the total stock level and value. The information is displayed as a list of Stock In activity and a list of Stock Out activity.
Filters/Options:
You may filter by the following options for a more specific report.
- Item from stock list
- Date range
Stock Status Report
What does this Report do/show?
You can use this report to view your current stock levels and values.
This report shows the name of the item, total stock level and value as well as the low stock waring level.
