The Public Contracts Register allows you to publish details of your Live opportunities, Research opportunities and Awarded contracts to a publicly available site, with no login necessary. This is useful to allow suppliers to see a list of opportunities that are on your site, where they can then create an account to participate if interested. The Public Notices Site has it's own URL that you can share or link to your webpage for suppliers to access.



Admin Settings for the Public Notices Site

Head to Sourcing > Settings and then the Public Notices Site tab.

  • You can use the toggle at the top to make the Public Notices Site Offline or Online
    • Red Padlock icon = offline
    • Green unlocked Padlock icon = online
  • When the Public Notices site is Offline, it will display the content in the Public Site Offline box
  • When the Public Notices site is Online, it will display any Public Notices you've published and an About Us tab that displays the content in the About Us box
    • You can edit the content in the Offline box and About Us box at any point

Accessing the Public Notices Site

Head to Sourcing > Settings and then the Public Notices Site tab. 

  • Click on "View Public Site" 
  • This will open up your Public Site. You can copy the URL of this to share with suppliers, or link on your webpage
  • When Online, suppliers can view limited details of requirements. These are separated out into Contracts Register (Awarded Contracts), Tender Opportunities and Research Opportunities.
  • You can click on a notice to view more details
  • For Tender and Research Opportunities, suppliers can click "Register Interest" on a notice to bring them to the log-in page of your site to create an account

Add Requirements to the Public Notices Site

In order to add the details Requirements to your Public Site, you need to create and publish Public Notices. You can do this in the Notices tab of your Requirement.


Public Notices will pull through information already inputted in the details of the Requirement. You will also need to specify the time period for the Public Notice to be displayed on your Public Site when creating these.


Research Opportunity

  • Change the Stage of your Requirement to Research
  • Select 'Early Engagement' under Public Site when adding the Notice
  • Enter the Start date and time and End date and time for the Notice to be displayed
  • When published, this notice will show the following information:
    • Title (Summary Information)

    • Description

    • Research: Closing date for response

    • Contract Start date

    • Suitable for SMEs?

    • Suitable for VCSEs


Tender Opportunity

  • Change the Stage of your Requirement to Tender
  • Select 'Live Opportunity' under Public Site when adding the Notice
  • Enter the Start date and time and End date and time for the Notice to be displayed
  • When published, this notice will show the following information:
    • Title (Summary Information)
    • Description
    • Tender: Closing date for response
    • Contract Start date
    • Suitable for SMEs?
    • Suitable for VCSEs


Contracts Register

  • Change the Stage of your Requirement to Award
  • Select 'Awarded Opportunity' under Public Site when adding the Notice
  • Enter the Start date and time and End date and time for the Notice to be displayed
  • Enter the date the contract was awarded
  • Enter the total awarded value of the contract
  • Click "Add Supplier" to bring up a form to add the details of the supplier awarded 
    • You can specify the awarded value for the supplier, which may be different from the total awarded value of the contract
  • When published, this notice will show the following information: 
    • Title (Summary Information)

    • Awarded to [Supplier Organisation]

    • Contract Start date

    • Contract end date

    • Awarded on (date) 

    • Contract Value (estimated) 

    • Suitable for SMEs?

    • Suitable for VCSEs
