Administrators have access to Sourcing > Settings.

This screen allows administrators to:

• Control the accessibility of the Public Site:
  • Administrators are able to make the Public Site Offline or Online.
  • You can choose and edit the wording for the Public Site when it's Offline.
  • Similarly you can choose and edit the wording for the Public Site when it's Online.
  • A link to the public site is available within this screen so you are able to view any changes that have been made as they appear on the public site.
• Within Contracting Authority Name you can set the name of the Contracting Authority that appears on both Contract Finder and Find a Tender notices.
