Administrators have access to Sourcing > Settings. From here, there are certain tabs that are important for the Notices functionality on Panacea.
Contracting Authority Details
This tab allows administrators to input details about the Contracting Authority that are required in FTS Notices (and CF).
- Contracting Authority Name
- Used on FTS and CF Notices
- Contracting Authority Address
- Used on FTS Notices
- Contracting Authority Town/City
- Used on FTS Notices
- Contracting Authority Postcode
- Used on FTS Notices published under Procurement Act 2023 (not included for notices published under PCR 15)
- Contracting Authority Register
- Used on FTS Notices published under Procurement Act 2023 (not included for notices published under PCR 15)
- This must replicate the option set against your organisation profile on CDP
- Contracting Authority Identifier
- Used on FTS Notices published under Procurement Act 2023 (not included for notices published under PCR 15)
- This must replicate the option set against your organisation profile on CDP. This field on the Notices are mandatory and must match the Identifier held against your organisation on CDP.
Public Notices Site
This tab allows administrators to control the accessibility of the Public Site:
- Administrators are able to make the Public Site Offline or Online.
- You can choose and edit the wording for the Public Site when it's Offline.
- Similarly you can choose and edit the wording for the Public Site when it's Online.
- A link to the public site is available within this screen so you are able to view any changes that have been made as they appear on the public site.
- Within Contracting Authority Name you can set the name of the Contracting Authority that appears on both Contract Finder and Find a Tender notices.
