Lightboxes: Overview

The lightbox feature allows users to curate and share collections of assets seamlessly. Whether you're collaborating internally or sharing with external partners, lightboxes provide a flexible and secure way to manage and distribute your digital assets.

Managing Lightboxes

Each user automatically has their own lightbox called My Lightbox when they first access the Asset Manager module.
Users can have more than 1 lightbox to help with work on multiple projects.

1. Navigate to Lightbox in the left-hand menu
2. Click Current Lightbox
   • Here, you can empty, share or publish your lightbox
   • Click Switch Lightbox to move to another lightbox
3. Click "Manage Lightboxes"
   • Here, you can rename, copy, delete, share (internally), publish (externally) and view any lightboxes you have created as well as see those which have been shared with you.

Create a Lightbox

1. Go to Lightbox > Manage Lightboxes
2. Under Add a new Lightbox, input the name for your new collection
3. Click Add
4. Click View to make this your current lightbox

Adding Assets to a Lightbox

1. When browsing, select the asset(s)
2. Click more
3. Click add to lightbox
   • This will add the asset(s) to the current  lightbox so check which is selected first.

Published Lightboxes

Lightboxes can be published, which gives you a link that you can send to external recipients. You can optionally add a password for added privacy.

Lightboxes can be made available for up to 30 days.
