Suppliers can request to create an account in order to register their interest in a contract, as detailed in the guidance here.

  • You will be able to see who has requested an account on your home screen at the bottom of the page, under User account requests.
  • Select Create User next to the account request.
  • You'll then be shown any information provided by the supplier and prompted to add them to an Organisation.


If the supplier is part of an existing organisation:

  • If they currently provide for you-
    • Add the user to an existing organisation listed.
    • This will automatically list the user role for the contact as 'Supplier'.
      • This allows them to Register Interest and complete your questionnaire, whilst still being able to fulfil services they already provide for you.
  • If they do not currently provide for you-
    • Add the user to the existing organisation listed.
    • This will automatically list the user role for the contact as 'Interested Provider'.


If the supplier is not part of an existing organisation:

  • Select 'New Organisation' 
  • You'll be prompted to fill in the details to create a new organisation.
  • Add the user to the new organisation.
  • This will automatically list the user role for the contact as 'Interested Provider'.
    • If you need them to have access to the Supplier Interface, then you can change their user role to 'Supplier'.


N.B. If you need to change a users role manually, open their contact information page and select the type from the 'User Role' drop-down box. 

















For Suppliers not part of an organisation currently providing for you:

  • Go to Contacts, and find the supplier.
  • In the User Role field, select 'Interested Provider' from the drop-down list.
  • Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page.
  • N.B - By default, a new supplier account will automatically be made as an Interested Provider. If you need them to have access to the Supplier Interface, then please change their user role to Supplier.


For Suppliers who are part of an organisation that already provides for you:

  • Go to Contacts and find the supplier.
  • In the User Role field, select 'Supplier' from the drop-down list.
  • Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page.
  • This allows them to Register Interest and complete your questionnaire, while fulfilling services they already provide for you.
