To allow your organisation to use RFX Quotes, an Administrator user needs to create at least one RFX Quote questionnaire template in Form Builder.
- Head to Settings > Form Builder
- Click "Build new Form"
- Input a name for the questionnaire and select the Form Purpose as 'RFX Quote (Sourcing)'
- Proceed to build up the questionnaire as required by adding questions. Please see here for guidance on using Form Builder and the various question types available to use.
- You can head to the Preview tab in order to see how the form will be presented to users.
- When happy with the form, simply click "Create"
