If you have multiple items that are being run in an eAuction, you can utilise our Bulk import functionality to upload these to the eAuction.
In the view of the eAuction, head to the Items tab.
From here, you can choose whether you wish to use an excel template or cxv template for importing.
Within the template, there are 5 column headers (N.B. Please do not change or remove these.) Under these headers you will need to provide the following information
- Item - provide the Name and description of the item being bidded for
- Unit of Measure (UOM) - provide the unit of measure for the item, e.g. per box of 10, per crate of 50, per item
- Qty of UOM'S - provide the total quantity of the units needed to quote for (e.g. if the item is a keyboard which comes in a box of 10, and you need 100 keyboards in total, you would input 10 here)
- Current Price - provide the current price the organisation is paying per UOM (unit of measure)
- Qualification Price - provide the maximum price per UOM that will be accepted for suppliers to qualify to bid for the item. The software will not allow them to qualify if their price is higher than this.
You will need to provide details for all 5 columns for each item, otherwise it will not successfully import. If you have missed any fields, the software will flag the line where data is missing.
When your template is ready, simply click Import Items and upload the filled in template.
