Once you have added a client organisation, you must assign Available Items to them in order to form their personal catalogue. 


How to add Available Items to Client Organisation Catalogues: 

  1. Go to Contacts > Organisations
  2. Search for the organisation using the search bar, or select Client from the "Filter company type" drop-down menu to see all your client organisations.
  3. Click on the relevant organisation to open their details. 
  4. In the Settings tab, select Available Items, on the left. Then select the goods or services you would like to offer this client from the "Make a line available" drop-down menu.
  5. The selected lines will be available to this organisation through their client interface.
