The Contact Export report can help assist in generating a list of relevant contacts for mass-communications, showing all users that offer certain languages, and to verify that all suppliers have supplier ID set-up (vendor ID). It's a great way to see in one place all your contacts set-up within Panacea, and enable you to filter them by a certain criteria.
Under 'Reports' in the left-hand menu, select Contact Export.
You can then filter by organisation type (Client/ Supplier), organisation, contact type, user type, and language (for T&I). Press Export.
You will then be provided with a spreadsheet with a list of contacts that meet your specification. The data includes email addresses, user types (if not filtered down), organisation ID (alias supplier ID/ vendor ID), company ID, contact ID, contact created date and the date of their last login.
