Budget Code Expenditure Report

What does this Report do/show?

This report shows T&I Expenditure on each budget code within a specified date range.

It includes language, client organisation/department/section/contact, job number, job title and expenditure on each job. 

Costs are grouped by language, then by account code and then by budget code.

Filters/Options:

You may filter by the following options for a more specific report.

• Type of work (i.e. translation/interpreting/training)
• Cost/Budget code
• Language
• Client organisation/department/contact
• Date range
• Report type
  • Actual – includes costs which are Approved and Paid
  • Projected – includes costs which are Approved but not yet paid
