How do I upload my prices onto Panacea?


Download the relevant template, enter your costs, save the spreadsheet and upload it. You can now view the matrix listed under the Review Matrices tab.

I have my test prices but they aren't correct, can I change them?


Yes - simply update and re-upload your spreadsheet. Test prices again, and if it seems alright, click Request Go Live. If it still seems incorrect, do contact us

I have clicked Test Prices, but nothing happens!


Ensure pop-ups are not blocked on your screen. If yes, enable pop-ups and re-try. 


How am I notified about a new order?


You will receive an order confirmation email from the site when you have been successful for a job, with a unique reference number, order specifications and a link to the 'Liver Orders' screen to view details and files associated with the job.


I've delivered the items, how do I get paid?


You can submit your invoices within Panacea. Some sites will require you to confirm delivery before doing so. 


What happens if my actual invoice exceeds the estimated or agreed cost?


You can only submit an invoice for an amount up to the agreed estimate. If your actual cost is different, please contact the order processing team at the local authority or organisation you are working with.


What happens if the items I have delivered are rejected by the client?


Your order will appear under your 'Goods Rejected' list and you should have a call from the person managing the job to agree how best to agree the situation. If you agree to redo/deliver the job, login and confirm delivery again.
