How do I create a user login?

You can request an account through the link on the login screen: click on the Request a new account button the bottom of the login page. Complete the form, confirm you are not a robot and click send request. You will then receive an email providing you with a link to choose a password and finish creating your account. 

    

   Postcode validation


If the postcode you have provided is a valid UK postcode but is flagged by the software as invalid, you may click on the tick box on the right of this input box in order to bypass postcode validation.

An account can also be have been created for you, in which case you will receive an email from noreply@panacea-software.com: click on the link - Click here to create your password and set your own password.


Why can't I set up the password I have chosen?


If your chosen password fails to comply with your organisation's security standards (e.g. password length or inclusion of special characters etc.), you will be presented with the minimum password requirements so that you may try again.


How do I reset my password?


To reset your password click the Forgot your password? link at the bottom of the log in page. Then enter your email address and click Submit. You will receive an email shortly after with a link to reset your password.


Alternatively, if you are already logged in and simply want to change your password, you can do so by going to My Account (top right corner) and choosing the 'Change Password' tab. Enter your current password, then the new password and hit Change Password.


My password token has expired: can I request a new one?


If your password token expires before you get a chance to create your login details, you can click on Request a new Password Reset Token.


My account has been locked. What should I do?

Contact the Print / Design / Communications or Marketing team at the local authority you wish to order from, they will be able to unlock your account as soon as possible.

Why can't I have an apostrophe in an email address? 

Panacea Software blocks the use of email addresses which include an apostrophe (‘). This is a standard security setting meant to protect your data against hacking.

Should your email address include an apostrophe (‘), please liaise with your IT team who will be able to provide an alternative email alias.


Why am I not receiving Panacea emails?


This could be because our servers are blocked by your system. Please ask your IT department to whitelist our servers: 84.18.209.34.
