Organisations Report

The Organisations Report can be found within Reports > Organisations. This report includes:

• Columns from Organisation Main Details
• Information from Sourcing Details when filtered to Supplier
  • This includes fields such as PPON, VAT, Companies House etc.
• Data Slots

NB - To view all Organisations check the box titled All Organisations at the top of the page. This will bypass all filters and provide the full list of Organisations.

Filtering The Organisations Report

If the All Organisations box is not checked then the filtering options selected will effect the list of Organisations shown. The filters listed below (bold and in blue) effect the list as such:

• Vendor ID empty, If yes, it will select all Organisations where the Vendor ID field is blank; If no, it will select all Organisations where the Vendor ID field is populated.
• Organisation Type, You can filter by All/Client/Supplier.
• Vendor ID, It will filter all Organisations by the text/numbers you input here.
• Is Preferred Supplier, If Yes, it will select all Organisations that are marked as Preferred Supplier, if No, it will select all Organisations that have not been marked as Preferred Supplier.
• Will never submit invoices, If Yes, it will select all Organisations that are marked as Will never submit invoices; if No, it will select all Organisations that have not been marked as Will never submit invoices.
• Not required to Confirm Delivery, If Yes, it will select all Organisations that are marked as Not required to confirm delivery; if No, it will select all Organisations that have not been marked as Will never submit invoices.
• Address 1, It will filter all Organisations by the text/numbers you input here.
• City, It will filter all Organisations by the text you input here.
• State/County, It will filter all Organisations by the text you input here.
• Zip/Postcode, It will filter all Organisations by the text/numbers you input here.
• Email, It will filter all Organisations by the text/numbers you input here.
• Hostname, Organisations can be set up with email hostnames, so that any new users request accounts with that email hostname can be automatically created. It will filter all Organisations by the text/numbers you input here.
• Archived, It will include archived data slots.
• Conditional, It will include conditional data slots.
