Reach Groups are used to group together contacts/organisations e.g. stakeholders, external clients, suppliers etc. This is particularly useful for if you need to send out communications to all contacts of a similar role.

Add a group:

  • Groups can be added by clicking the blue +Group button at the top of the screen. or by clicking the green +Add Group button on the Groups screen.

  • Then you can create the Group Name and Group Description and click Add when done.

  • You then can add users from Panacea or Reach Organisations to your group by filtering your search through Organisation, Contact Type, User Type, Organisation Type, Requirement, Exclude Client and Keyword. You can then select your required contacts from the list that appears based off your search.

  • You can also add Organisations or Sub-Groups by filtering through the relevent tabs at the bottom of the page.

  • Once you have added all the relevant Contacts and Organisations ensure to click Update/Add at the top of the page.



View/Manage your groups:

  • To view, search and manage your groups, simply head to Contacts > Groups.

  • You can can sort the column by Group name, Description, Modified Date, quantity of Contacts, Organisations or Sub-groups or use the search function to find a particular Group Name and filter the quantity of Groups you would like displayed on your screen.

  • You can export all your group data using the Excel or PDF buttons at the top of your screen.

  • You can delete a group by selection the Action button against the relevant contact and press Delete. Similarly you can Archive a group.

  • You can also see the number of contacts and organisations within a group.

  • Click into a group to further edit/update it.

    • You can amend the name, description, add organisations and contacts. Remember to click Update.

    • Similarly you can also remove a contact from the group by clicking Remove against the relevant contact.

  • When you click into contacts or organisations on your contact screens, you are also able to see the groups they are associated to in the Groups tab.
