How do I make the total cost of a job visible to a client?

You can allow a client to view the total cost of a job

Go to the Costs tab within a job. In the "Total for all approved costs" box, click on 'Show to Client' underneath the grand total cost.

Now when the client logs in and clicks into a job, the total cost is displayed within the job summary.

N.B. We only recommend doing this once a job has been completed, as then there's no more costs to be added so the client will see the actual confirmed total cost of the job.
