How do I make the total cost of a job visible to a client?

You can allow a Client to view the total cost of a job.

Go to the Costs tab within a job. In the Total for all approved costs box, click on Show to Client underneath the Grand Total Cost.

Now when the Client logs in and clicks into a job, the total cost is displayed within the job summary.

N.B. We only recommend doing this once a job has been completed, as then there's no more costs to be added so the Client will see the actual confirmed total cost of the job.
