If you wish to edit or withdraw a published FTS notice:

FTS does not allow notices to be edited or withdrawn once they have been published. Instead they allow users to publish a F14 Corrigendum Notice to correct/replace a previously published notice.

  • Within the relevant FTS notice, click Correction at the top of the screen
  • Make your changes in Section VII and click Save

  • Go to the Summary Section where you'll then be able to publish this notice.

  • Once published, there will be a link to the Corrigendum Notice on the original notice under the 'Newer Publications' section.

If you need to publish a Corrigendum Notice against an notice placed on an external portal, please see this link.

Please use this link to find more information on changes to published notices.

If a tender exercise is no longer going ahead and a notice has already been published, you may decide to publish a F03 Award Notice and specify that no awards have been made, and provide further information as needed.
