A Clarification question has been submitted by [User] - triggered to an Evaluator when a supplier asks a clarification Q&A on a questionnaire

Supplier Questionnaire(s) ready to evaluate - triggered to an Evaluator when there a supplier(s) has submitted responses to a Tender questionnaire that are open for evaluation

Research Questionnaire(s) ready to review- triggered to an Reviewer when there a supplier(s) has submitted responses to a Research questionnaire that are open for review

Send ad-hoc Notifications - triggered to Qualified Subscribers, stakeholders or individual users when a new requirement has been added. 

Relevant opportunities published by [Main Company]- triggered to a Supplier(s) when one or more of the following notices have been published within the past 24 hours; Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Site.

Authorisation:

Requirement Authorisation Request - triggered to nominated Authoriser(s) on a Requirement when a Threshold has been set for a Requirement that requires Authorisation.

Requirement has been Authorised - triggered to Procurement Manager(s)/Contract Manager(s) on a Requirement when a Requirement has been fully authorised by the nominated Authoriser(s).

Spend Limits

Spend Limit Increase Request - triggered to a Lead Person on a Requirement when a Buyer is placing a Requisition but it has gone over the agreed Spend Limit for the relevant Supplier.

Expiring/Expired Documents:

Document(s) expiring soon - triggered to a Supplier when an Ad-hoc file or Document Slot has an expiry date within the next 28 days

Document replacement deadline has passed - triggered to a Supplier when the expiry date for an Ad-hoc file or Document Slot has passed

Document replacement deadline extended - triggered to a Supplier when the expiry date for an Ad-hoc file or Document Slot has been extended

Replacement document validated - triggered to a Supplier when a replacement document submitted for an Ad-hoc file or Document Slot has been approved

Replacement document rejected - triggered to a Supplier when a replacement document submitted for an Ad-hoc file or Document Slot has been rejected

Supplier qualification expired [red icon] -triggered to a Project Manager when an Ad-hoc file or Document Slot has expired for a supplier, and they have not yet submitted a replacement document

Supplier qualification expired [orange icon] - triggered to a Project Manager when an Ad-hoc file or Document Slot has expired for a supplier, and they have submitted a replacement document

A Supplier has submitted replacement documents - triggered to a Project Manager when they have submitted a replacement document for an expiring Ad-hoc file or Document Slot

eAuction

eAuction Invitation - triggered to a Supplier when they have been invited to an eAuction.

eAuction Host (Host Name) has uploaded a new document to (eAuction Title) - triggered to a Suppliers when a new document has been uploaded to an eAuction they are participating in.

eSignature

Signing Complete (File Name) - triggered to a Requester when a signing request has been fully signed.

DPS Share

Outstanding Suppliers to share - triggered to a Administrators when they have suppliers to import from a DPS share.
