Approving Assets (for admin users)

Assets uploaded to the system must be approved before they are visible to users (unless uploaded by an admin & submitted directly to live).

The Approve Assets page allows administrators to approve uploads submitted by other users.

1. Navigate to  Approve Assets in the left-hand menu.
   • Here, you will see all assets awaiting acceptance, organised by uploader
2. Update assets if needed
3. Select asset(s)
4. Then action their approval or rejection
   • Approve: This will make the asset available to other users in the folder which has been selected
   • Reject & Discard: This will reject the asset & remove it from the system
   • Reject for Resubmit: This will reject the asset and allow changes to be made before the asset is submitted for approval again. The rejecting user will be prompted to provide a message to the uploader.
