You can view uncompleted reminders from Requirements on a dedicated screen under Sourcing > Reminders. They are automatically listed in order with the closest due date shown at the top, but you are able to change what order they are listed in by clicking on the column headers. The #Req column shows which Requirement each reminder belongs to. Clicking on the Requirement's name will take you to the Requirement itself.
You are able to filter the list by the following:
- All Requirements shows all reminders on every Requirement that you have access to, regardless of whether it is assigned to you
- My shows all of your assigned reminders
- The All Requirements drop-down allows you to filter by Requirement
- The Search bar allows you to type in key words to find specific reminders
- Clicking on the toggles, Hide New Supplier Document and Hide Supplier Qualification Expired, will to hide these types of automated reminders.
You can mark reminders as complete by clicking on the Complete button against each reminder. A box will appear prompting you to add a note to confirm. Click Complete if you are happy to proceed. Click Cancel if you change your mind and want to close the window.
You are also able to amend details of reminders by clicking Edit against each reminder. This will open a window where you are able to amend the:
- Icon
- Title
- Desciption
- Recipients
- Deadline
- The date to Start Reminders
- Repeat frequency
Once you have made your changes click Save. If you want to discard your changes click Cancel.
You can also export a list of reminders to Excel or a PDF by clicking on either Excel or PDF.
