To send an estimate to a client, click the Create Estimate button on the Costs tab of the Job Bag. 

  • Edit the text in the Notes field, as appropriate. This text will appear within the Client Estimate.
  • All costs will be automatically included on the estimate. Un-tick any costs you wish to exclude. 
  • You can also select the option to combine print costs, show the total price only, and include the specifications and production schedule.
  • To send the Client Estimate via Nudge, press Create and Nudge and then Add Nudge to send the estimate to the client.
    • The Client will then confirm the estimate by clicking 'Yes' to the Nudge. 
    • Once you have received confirmation from the client, go to the Documents tab, select the Client Estimate Approval folder, press Pin Nudge and select the relevant Nudge. This will then create a link to the Nudge confirming the estimate.


  • To send the Client Estimate via email Create and email, and then Send
    • Note that you will have to upload the approved client estimate email to the Client Estimate Approval folder in the Documents tab of the job bag.
  • You can view a copy of the client estimate before sending, by clicking the link in the email.
