N.B: This guide is only intended for Suppliers belonging to organisations that are not already registered. Please check there is no one else within your organisation who already has access to the site you are trying to register with.

If you are part of an organisation that already exists on the Authority's portal, please ask your colleague to invite you to the portal by following the instructions here.

If you're a supplier belonging to an organisation that does not yet have access to an Authority's Panacea software portal, you can register yourself and your organisation by using the Request a new account functionality from the log in page.

  1. Go to the Authority's Panacea login page and click on Request a new account at the bottom
    • You will be taken to a new page where you are required to input your email address.
    • This will be the email you use to log into your account, and where all of your email communications and notifications from the Panacea site will be sent so you must ensure that you choose an appropriate address which you normally use for work.
    • Please also ensure that you spell and punctuate your address correctly, as you will not be able to proceed with this self-registration process otherwise.
    • Type your work email into the space provided and then click Validate
  2. You should now receive an email with the subject line Panacea User Account Validation sent to the address you inputted
    • Follow the link in the e-mail that says Click here to create an account. You will be taken to a page where you are required to provide some details about yourself and your organisation to create your account
      • If you have not received the email, please check your Junk or Spam folder
    • On the first page you will be asked to provide your name and number. Make sure you select the Supplier option. This will bring up a warning message to ensure that no one in your organisation has already registered on the site. If this is the case click to confirm and then click ContinueYou will then be asked to fill in your organisation details.
    • You will then be asked if your organisation is UK VAT registered.
      • If you click Yes please provide your UK VAT Registration Number. The system will check this number. If it matches an existing number on the system you can confirm that this is your organisation by clicking Yes, or deny by clicking No. If you click No you will need to provide a different UK VAT number.
      • If you don't have a UK VAT Registration Number click Organisation is not UK VAT Registered to go back.
    • You will then be asked if you organisation is registered with Companies House.
      • If you click Yes please provide your Companies House Registration Number. The system will check this number. If it matches an existing number on the system you can confirm that this is your organisation by clicking Yes, or deny by clicking No. If you click No you will need to provide a different Companies House number.
      • If you don't have a Companies House Registration Number click Organisation is not Companies House Registered to go back.
    • You can provide further details about your organisation. Fill in the details as fully as possible.
      • Please do not provide details such as NA, N/A, not applicable if a field is NOT relevant. Leave any fields that are not relevant as blank.
    • When you are happy with your details complete your registration by clicking Submit.
  3. You will then receive another email with three further links.
    • Follow the first link within 24 hours of receipt to check, amend, and confirm your organisation details.
      • Ensure that the information you input is accurate, as this is what will appear on the site. Click Create when you are finished.
    • You will now be sent one final email asking you to create your password for the site.
      • Follow the link provided within 1 hour of receipt and input a password in the space provided. The default password must be a minimum of eight characters long, containing at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter and one keyboard symbol.
      • If this is different you will get a prompt to notify you what is missing.
      • We recommend that you use a unique, memorable and hard-to-guess password, and make a note of it in a secure online file or physical document.
    • Once completed, you will be able to login and gain full access to Authority’s supplier interface.

N.B. If you have not received any of the emails, please check your Junk folder. Please allow 10 minutes for the email.

If you still haven't received an email, please contact support@panacea-software.com so the email can be re-triggered for you.
