Organisation Data Slots - Supplier POV
Relevant only for sites with E-Procurement / Supplier Management.
Suppliers with the correct Permissions, will be able to add organisation data into slots, attaching them to their organisation profile which can then be used within Questionnaires.
This will help reduce the duplication of questions that get asked when filling in a Questionnaire.
Suppliers are able to access their organisation data slots in the Supplier Interface by clicking Organisation Data Slots from the menu. From here suppliers can:
- View existing organisation data slots
- Populate new organisation data into slots
- Ensure you click Save at the bottom of the page to save your answers!
- Edit existing organisation data slots
- Ensure you click Save at the bottom of the page to save your answers!
Existing data can be overwritten with new data.
