Suppliers can view requirements they are involved with or have the potential to be involved with through Participate > Requirements. From here the supplier can view the requirements:

Requirements Screen: (Participate > Requirements)

Suppliers can filter these requirements in order to only view those meeting certain criteria.

Selecting 'All' will show any requirement where there is a questionnaire published that is is visible to the public. 'My' will show any requirements the supplier has been invited to or are already engaged with.

There is a menu near the top of the screen where you can select your filter criteria.

These include:

  • Regions
  • CPV Codes
  • Customers
  • Min./Max. Contract Value
  • Contract Start/End Dates
  • Suitability for SMEs/VCSEs
  • Tender Closing Date
    • This filter will show results with Tender Closing Date before the date specified
  • Research Closing Date
    • This filter will show results with Research Closing Date before the date specified

Once you have selected your criteria, click Filter.

To clear all filters, click Reset.

You may also search for Requirements using the search bar under the filter options.

NB: You can export information about requirements to excel or a pdf using the buttons on the right. If you export while filters are on, the exported document will reflect that - only showing requirements meeting the specified criteria.

Opportunities:

Suppliers can save relevant CPV codes they are interested in providing services/receiving information about opportunities for.

This allows users to select and save specific criteria.

These criteria serve two purposes:

  1. Suppliers can filter the displayed list of Requirements, showing only those relevant to the user's preferences. This applies to opportunities created within the past 24 hours.
  2. Suppliers can customise the opportunity notice emails sent by the software, ensuring that users receive notifications only for opportunities that match their chosen criteria. This means when a relevant Contracts Finder/ Find a Tender/ Public Opportunity notice is published connected to the relevant CPV codes, suppliers will receive an email letting them know a new opportunity has been posted.
    • By default, users receive email notifications for all published opportunities if they haven't set any criteria.
    •  To receive these notifications, users must ensure their notification settings are set to 'Receive notifications and daily digest email to get opportunity emails' via the notification icon in the top right of the interface > Settings.

  • This can be set by clicking Set Opportunity Filters where it can be selected by CPV code or by keywords.

Within a Requirement:

Suppliers can open up a requirement by clicking on the title. From there you will be presented with the main details page of the requirement and several tabs:

  • Details - The main details for the requirement including Dates and Financials, Suitability, Location and Regions, Customers, and CPV Codes. These details are supplied by those running the requirement and none are editable by the supplier.
  • Description - The description of the requirement supplied by those running it.
  • RFX - In the RFX tab suppliers can view any questionnaire's relating to that requirement. Suppliers can request to participate in Public questionnaires and respond to Questionnaires (if registered interest or invited).
    • See here for more information on Registering Interest in a Public Questionnaire
    • See here for more information on responding to Questionnaires
    • See here for more information viewing and asking Clarification Questions
    • See here for more information if participating in an eAuction
  • Status - Highlights the suppliers status within the requirement. If a supplier has been successful and made live they can view their assigned categories. If Pending shows then they are still in the process of submitting questionnaires. Unsuccessful suppliers will also be able to view that status here.
  • Reminders - This tab will show any reminders currently active and relating to the logged in supplier. There is also the option to add reminders for themselves.
  • Nudges - This will allow a supplier to view any Nudges that have been sent to them from a Key User against a Requirement. This is where a supplier can also send a Nudge to the Key Users of the Requirement if this has been enabled.
  • Audit - Any actions relating to the requirement the supplier has undertaken.

NB: Upon successful completion of a questionnaire the logged in user will receive a pop-up at the top of the screen notifying them of successful submission.
