Why are completed jobs not appearing in the charging batch?

If completed jobs aren't appearing in your charging batch, check the Problem Job List on the Charging screen. The job may be missing some information that needs to be completed or uploaded. Often the job will need a Client Estimate Approval file upload to the Documents tab. When you click on the Problem Job List button, you will see a list of jobs and the reason the job can't be charged. Click on the link to go to the job to fix the issue.
