What does this Report do/show?
This report shows the expenditure on different projects.
It includes project name, account, category, job number, job title, client organisation, client contact, supplier estimate and client cost total. The report is grouped by, and has sub-totals for each project.
Filters/Options
You may filter by the following options for a more specific report.
- Project Filter
- All my live projects
- All projects
- Client organisation
- Project State – live, completed and/or deleted projects
- Project Selection – use arrows to select projects
- Job State – live, completed, cancelled and/or deleted jobs
- Job Selection – use arrows to select jobs from specifies projects
- Report level
- Summary – summaries of expenditure for projects and the jobs within those projects
- Detailed – expenditure is broken down into each cost on each job. It includes the cost stage, cost description, supplier, expenditure, mark-up and margin for each cost, as well as summaries for each project (but not summaries by job)
