You will need to register on the Central Digital Platform (CDP)/ Find a Tender from 24th February 2025.
Please see here for official guidance from CCS on registering on CDP/FTS.

Once you've registered, you will provide identifier details (e.g. Companies House). If you don't have a suitable identifier, then a PPON (Public Procurement Organisation Number) will be created by CDP/ Find a Tender.
This information is mandatory in any relevant notices published by contracting authorities. We strongly urge you to add these details to your Panacea portal so that it is available for the contracting authorities. This can be added via:
Supplier Information (on CDP)
You will be asked to provide Supplier Information on CDP:
- Basic Details
- This includes: Supplier type; address; VAT number; website; email; organisation type; Companies House Number (if registered)
- Connected Persons
- This is for information about individuals or entities with significant involvement in your business
- Qualifications
- For you to provide any qualification relevant to opportunities you are or will be bidding for
- Trade Assurances
- Exclusions
- You will be asked to provide details of circumstances affecting your business or connected persons which may prevent you participating in any procurement opportunities. This will be assessed by Buying/Contracting authorities for relevant tenders
- This covers Mandatory and Discretionary exclusions
- Financial Records
- You will need to upload accounts or statements for your 2 most recent financial years
If your information changes, you will need to update this on CDP/ Find a Tender. You do not need to change this information for every bid - only for when your circumstances change, or additional information is to be added.
Sharing your Supplier Information in Tenders
When completing tenders for Buying/Contracting Authorities, you will need to provide your Supplier Information. In order for Buying/Contracting Authorities to access this information in a tender bid, you will be asked to provide this on Panacea Software by:
- Share Code*: On CDP/ Find a Tender you will be provided with a Share Code which can then be given to Buyers/Contracting Authorities in a Tender Questionnaire in the specialist Share Code question called Supplier Data from UK Government Central Digital Platform; OR
- File Upload: On CDP/ Find a Tender you will be able to download your Supplier Information, and thus upload this information on the relevant File Upload question in a RFX Tender Questionnaire
You can access the Share Code/ Supplier Information File on CDP/ Find a Tender via the Supplier Information section and selecting Share my information.
You will only be able to provide your Share Code when applying for a Tender. You will be asked to provide this directly in a Tender Questionnaire response.
*Share Code = The Central Digital Platform (CDP) Share Code allows suppliers to share stored business, financial and complicance information as part of the PA23 Act.
