Create a user login

There are two ways to create your Panacea account. You can either create your own account using the link on the login screen or through a link provided in an email from noreply@panacea-software.com.


1. Requesting an account through the link on the login screen:

  • Click on the Request a new account button on the bottom of the login page
  • Complete the form, confirm you are not a robot and click send request. You will then receive an email providing you with a link to choose a password and finish creating your account.

2. Following the link provided in an email received from noreply@panacea-software.com:

  • Click on the link - Click here to create your password.

  • You will be presented with a password entry and confirmation screen, here you can set your own password.


N.B. If your chosen password fails to comply with your organisation's security standards you will be presented outlining the minimum password requirements so that you may try again.
If your password token expires before you get a chance to create your login details, you can click on Request a new Password Reset Token.
