• After a translation or interpreting appointment is completed, the supplier is required to upload the translated document or submit their appointment timesheet. If the supplier inputs any details which were not included in, or differ from, the original order then you will be required to verify or reject this request.
  • To verify the request, log into Panacea Software and go to the Client Interface > T&I Confirmation screen.

  • Review the details of the request and click Verify or Reject.

What requests will you have to verify?

  • For interpreting appointments:
    • Attendance For all interpreting appointments, clients receive a confirmation code which they must pass on to the supplier. When the supplier uploads their timesheet, they must input this confirmation code. If they do not receive this code/ lose it, then they will have to request the client to verify their attendance.
    • Travel Costs Suppliers may input travel costs which they incurred travelling to and from the appointment. These can be accepted or rejected by the client.
  • For translations:
    • Number of wordsIf the supplier inputs a greater number of words than the original client word-count estimate, then the client must accept or reject the adjustment.
