Asset Managers have the option to grant All Organisations access to an asset. This means any organisation with access to the library will be able to see this asset.

| Asset Management - Manage Assets | Administrator Never use this setting for clients or suppliers - for administrator users only | Administrators can approve newly created artwork and artwork templates, delete and edit ALL images and metadata, and access and alter Asset Settings.
