Asset Managers have the option to grant All Organisations access to an asset. This means any organisation with access to the library will be able to see this asset.

| Asset Management - Manage Assets | Administrator Never use this setting for clients or suppliers - for administrator users only | Administrators can approve newly created artwork and artwork templates, delete and edit ALL images and metadata, and access and alter Asset Settings. Asset managers also have access to the Asset Download Report. |
