If a user has incorrectly entered their password more times than your security settings allow, their account will be locked for a set time period and they will not be able to access their account. Once the time limit has expired, they can try and login again.

  • Their account can be unlocked by scrolling to the bottom of the Home screen and clicking Unlock user next to the relevant name
  • Alternatively they can be unlocked by navigating to Contacts then Contact list then searching for the user
