The Appointments & Jobs screen lists all requests assigned to the supplier and is used by the supplier to manage all of their jobs from acceptance to completion. All listed requests will list an appointment / deadline date, time, the client organisation and details of the appointment or translation.

  • This can be found under 'T&I Services' on the left-hand drop-down menu.



Status meaningsEach job will also display a Status button depending on what stage the job is at.

Appointment cancelled: 

  • This filter shows all jobs that have been cancelled.  

Attendance to be Verified: 

  • When the supplier does not receive the Confirmation Code at an appointment they will go to the 'Manage Order' screen and tick Client did not provide confirmation code. This job will be marked as Attendance to be Verified. 

Attendance Verified: 

  • Status will change to Attendance Verified once the Client or T&I team verifies the attendance of the supplier.

Awaiting Acceptance: 

  • All requests (both interpreting and translation jobs) waiting to be accepted by the supplier will have a yellow Awaiting Acceptance status. To accept the booking, click on the status to bring up the 'Manage  Order' screen. Click Accept.

Booking Accepted: 

  • These jobs have been accepted by the supplier but have not yet been confirmed by the T&I team. 

Booking Confirmed: 

  • These jobs have been accepted by the supplier and have approval from the T&I team.  

Client Rejected Interpreter Attendance: 

  • Status will change to this if the Client logs in and rejects the attendance of the supplier. 

Revised Price to be Approved: 

  • When the price inputted by the supplier is more than the original estimated cost, this new cost must be approved by the T&I team. Some examples for incurring extra costs could be that the appointment was longer than the original time, travel cost or the translation document had more words than originally quoted. 

Translation Job in Progress: 

  • This status appears after the supplier accepts the translation job.
