Troubleshooting if a T&I Supplier does not appear for a booking/work as expected:
Does the booking specify a gender?
If so, does the gender specified match supplier gender (if a female is requested, then a male supplier will not be presented)
Is the supplier’s calendar marked as unavailable for the designated day/time?
The software will not let a F2F booking start/finish the same time as another booking.
E.g appointment a starts at 1pm and lasts an hour, they won’t be available for another F2F appointment at 2pm as that is went appointment a finishes. However, if there is at least 1 minute difference between the bookings the supplier will be able to be picked
Is the supplier qualified for the service booked? (Check the relevant Requirement > Suppliers > Categories OR Organisation > Goods and Services)
If the supplier is not LIVE against the relevant categories they will not be able to provide the services
Check Audit in the Requirement in case there has been a reason the supplier has been disqualified for that service
Is the supplier enabled for the specified language? (Check Organisation > Language Services)
Have they had the language added against their organisation?
If the URGENT rate is in use, if the booking is in the PAST or meets the urgent booking conditions (e.g. within 24 hours/ 48 hours) supplier needs to be enabled for the URGENT rate of the language (Check Organisation > Language Services)
Is the Supplier sitting in someone’s Checkout screen?
In Appointment & Jobs > Select the supplier > Untick all options and tick Awaiting CheckOut - is their a record showing for that date/time?
This means that a client has placed a booking in their ‘Checkout’ screen and has not completed the order - this order will have the supplier attached to it. As suppliers cannot be double booked, the supplier will not be available to take the booking. The Project Manager should contact the client to ask if the booking is still needed/delete if not.
