You can filter and create a client feedback report to see your feedback results.


  • Within Reports > Performance, under the 'Client Feedback' section you can fill out and filter your Client Feedback report. 
  • Click on ‘Report’ to view the report, where you can view the feedback assessment. The report will open in a new tab in your browser. Feedback comments can be found in the lower table.


You now also have the option to generate a list of jobs where no Feedback has been given so you can follow-up or investigate.

  • Simply click Show No Response Jobs where a pop-up will display all jobs where no feedback was given and links to take you to those jobs.
  • You can filter by date, and download an excel file so you can filter more specifically.
