Adding a Supplier Organisation (Specific to T&I)

To add an organisation, click on the Add Organisation icon in the top navigation bar


Filling out the Main Details tab              

  • Type in your organisation's name, and select Supplier for the organisation type: 
  • To make it compulsory for supplier contacts to have a Department and/or Section, tick the relevant check boxes on the organisation's main detail tab: 
  • Is Cost Supplier: Note: If you have made an error in the Organisation's name, the Is Cost Supplier box must be unticked in order to change the name of the Organisation. 
  • Do Not Charge Client Markup: Note: if ticked, the client will not automatically be charged a markup by this supplier 
  • Is Preferred Supplier
  • Is PAYE Supplier
  • iTrent ref from Payroll or Supplier ID from Finance
  • Customer ID from ABW


  • Next, fill out the Address, City, Postcode, Country, Telephone number and Email hostname. 
  • Data service API can create Users
  • Supplier primary contact
  • Remote Orders use Client Cost Centre


If the organisation you are adding is External: 

  • Select External Client
  • Use Budget Codes drop-down list (set up under Settings) for this organisation
  • Restrict organisation to only use pre-defined Budget Codes
  • The Cost Centre is Label used for each formatter
  • When Use Budget Codes is not ticked for an organisation and they also do not use two-part codes, then the Budget Cost Code section of the budget cost code formatter applies
