You have the ability to import your Organisations and Contacts from your previous system onto Reach.

  • Head to Admin > Import Organisations
    • Admins only have access to this feature.
  • Once here, download the template by clicking the (Download Template) button at the top of the page next to the title.
    • Once this has been downloaded you will then need to fill in the required information that is displayed on the spreadsheet.
  • Once completed click the Browse... button and search for the document and upload.
    • If you have chosen the wrong spreadsheet you can click the Remove button that is next to the Browse... button and then reupload a new spreadsheet.
  • When you have uploaded the correct document press the Validate Records button
    • If the file has any error's you will be notified and will need to make the necessary corrections before you reupload the spreadsheet again.
  • If the upload was a success you will be notified that the records can be successfully imported. You will then need to reupload the same spreadsheet again and press the Import Records button.
