Organisation Re-structure

Administrators can re-structure an organisation in bulk with the ability to: 

• Move jobs & users from a section to another department/section
  • Budget codes linked to this section will also be mapped to the new department/section.
• Move an entire section to go under another department. 
  • Jobs, users and budget codes linked to this section will be mapped to the new department.
• Delete a Section (when there are no more users and jobs within that section)
• Delete a Department (when there are no more sections within that department)

This can be done via Settings > Organisation Restructure

To rename a Department/Section, or to add a new one, you do this via the main Organisation page. More information can be found here.
