T&I Supplier Agencies are required to set their own languages, services and rates. You will only receive jobs relating to languages and services that you offer.


This article can be used as a guide on how to set these up on Panacea T&I sites.


To add languages and rates: 


  • Under the T&I Services tab on the left-hand drop-down menu, click Services.
  • Click on the Select Language to add drop-down menu.
    • This can be found under Make a language available.
  • Select the language that you wish to add to your list of services.
  • For each service you provide for that language, tick the Offered box and enter your rates
    • You will need to select which interpreters within your agency can provide services for that language found under Interpreters
  • When you have completed this, make sure to click the Add button below to save it onto the list of Language Services.
  • If you need to disable the language, edit your rates or amend the interpreters, you can click Edit next to the language option to do so.
