Add Translation and Interpreting Agencies

  • Add the organisation and a primary contact (adding a new supplier).

  • On the 'Language Services' tab under Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page where you can press Select Language to add.

  • Here you can select from existing languages to connect to the agency.

    • If you do not see the language you wish to add, please contact Panacea Support where we can set up this language for you.

  • Tick the box next to the type of work they offer.

    • If you have authorised the agency to set their own rates, you can alter the rates at this point. For more information please see below.

  • Tick the box next to the interpreter and click Add.

  • You will then see that the interpreter and their service is shown as Enabled. 

Setting Rates:

  • If you would like the agency to be able to define their rates, go to the 'T&I Settings' tab.

  • Tick the box for Can set own rates.

  • You can then amend their rates by going back to the 'Language Services' tab, clicking Edit, amend the rates and then press Update.

Do not require availability via Calendar:

  • If you would like the agency to not need to mark their calendar as available (i.e. the software will treat them as always being available), go to the 'T&I Settings' tab.

  • Tick the box for Does not you use calendar to confirm availability .


NB: If when setting up the supplier you wish for them to be able to respond to quote requests please follow the workflow attached here for the required set up.
