How to authorise requests:
- If you receive a New Authorisation Request email, you have been asked to authorise an expenditure or job.
- By clicking into the link in the email, you will be taken to the Authorise Orders page where you can authorise orders, and view previously authorised or rejected orders
- You can also access this page by heading to Client Interface > Authorise Orders
- Click the View button against an order.
- You will be taken to a new screen with the details of the request. At the bottom of the page there is an option to ‘Authorise’ or ‘Reject’ the order.
- If you choose Accept, the request will be authorised and the order will be processed.
- If you choose to Reject it, you are asked to provide a reason for doing so.
