Nudge

Nudges can only be sent to users that have logins. When you have been sent a Nudge, you will receive a notification within Panacea; depending on your Notifications settings you can also receive an email when you have a new notification.

When responding to a Nudge you can react with Yes or No, add a note with extra detail if required and attach documents that are viewable to both parties.

For Suppliers

Asking the Project Manager a question about a specific job:

From your Live Orders screen, click into the specific job and press +Nudge from the top bar.
Type in your query and then press +Add Nudge - the Project Manager will then be notified automatically.

Asking the Project Manager a question about a quote request:

From your Quote Requests screen, click into the specific request and press +Nudge from the top bar.
Type in your query and then press +Add Nudge - the Project Manager will then be notified of your query.

Asking the Project Manager a question about the delivery of a job

From your Delivery Confirmation screen, click into the specific job and press +Nudge from the top bar.
Type in your query and then press +Add Nudge - the Project Manager will then be notified of your query.

Asking the Project Manager a question about an invoice

From your Supplier Interface > Submit Invoices screen, click on the button labelled Submit an invoice.
Click into the specific job and then click on the button labelled Nudge.
Type in your query and then press +Add Nudge - the Project Manager will then be notified of your query.

Asking the Project Manager a question about a requirement

From your Requirements screen, click into the specific Requirement and navigate to the Nudge tab.
Click on +Create a New Nudge
Type in your query and then press +Send - the Project Manager will then be notified automatically.

To view your Nudges correspondence:

To view all your outstanding Nudges, please click Nudge > View.

If you respond to a Nudge from your View > Nudges screen, this will remove the notification from your Bell icon.

In the View > Nudges screen you have the option to filter your nudge view to suit your preference. Click Save Filters to make this your default view.
